Consistent quality, fast shipping

Good value for delicious coffee

I was looking for some good Colombian coffee and found Ruufe. I got the medium roast coffee beans during a bundle deal, which saved me a few bucks. The coffee is really fresh and the flavor is robust, exactly what I hoped for. The shipping felt a little slow, took about a week to reach me in California, but for the price I paid, it was worth the wait. Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. I tried to stack a percentage off with free shipping once and it didn't work.

Yeah, I think most places only let you use one coupon. It's usually either a discount on the items or free shipping, not both.

From what I remember, they ship from the US. So it shouldn't take too long to get to Cali, probably a few days once it's out.

Yeah, they definitely ship from within the US. Not sure where exactly, but it makes delivery way faster than if it came from overseas. Mine got to Texas in like 4-5 business days.

What's the deal with returns for food items? What if something arrives and it's not what I expected or damaged?

I haven't returned food specifically, but I think for food items, if it's damaged or wrong, they'll usually sort it out. You probably need to contact them pretty quickly though.

My understanding is that they don't do returns for opened food items for obvious reasons, but if it's damaged or defective when it arrives, you should reach out to their support. They're usually pretty good about fixing issues like that.
